Top guidelines for Childhood Obesity- Its symptoms and Causes

Public health is an important topic that is often neglected by citizens and politicians. We rely on government officials to find cures and solutions to our health problems, but we cannot see the source of these problems.

If we want to change public health, we need to look at the root of the problem and focus more on primary prevention rather than tertiary prevention.

Since most of our public health problems are preventable diseases, we must eliminate the causes to prevent them. Childhood obesity is on the rise and we are doing nothing. Of course, there are many efforts to reduce childhood obesity rates, but these efforts focus on secondary and tertiary prevention.

We focus too much on reversing the effects of obesity and not enough time on preventing obesity in the first place. If we educate our community about the health risks of obesity, we can teach them how to prevent it. We should target parents, not children.

Parents are the source of nutrition for their children, and they need to eat right and be active at a young age to avoid these preventable diseases later in life.

Physical education in schools should be more active and less voluntary. We should teach physical education to students instead of allowing them to roam freely among themselves and choose to be active.

Children cannot make life decisions related to their health, and as adults, we must ensure that children in our communities are healthy. Poor people can live a healthy, middle-class lifestyle, but they don't understand how to do it, and their health condition will lead to financial problems. Community leaders must provide the opportunities parents seek to keep their children healthy. Community health groups, events, and even parks will help.

If we can get our kids out of the house and into the yard, we're making progress. By reducing childhood obesity, we can prevent strokes, high blood pressure, diabetes, cancer, and heart disease. All of these important issues are related to obesity and something that needs to be done to lower our prices. Obesity increased from 7% in 1980 to 18% in 2012. This is not a good step to climb with future generations.

About 1/3 of Americans are obese, and it's getting harder. The problem is that she doesn't know she's fat or thinks fat is a more appropriate word to call someone less fit. Explain to people why they are classified as obese and the health risks associated with obesity. Many people hear about obesity and think it's insulting.

We are afraid to tell others that we are fat because it hurts and parents hate to tell their children that they are fat. The fact is obesity is here and on the rise. There is no way to prove the fact. We can go on like it's not a big deal and rates will go up as the years go by. Children should not have high blood pressure or other diseases related to obesity. That won't change until we start making this a priority. I believe this will become a major health issue in our society because people fear the consequences of parenting childhood obesity.

It is also important to note that you don't have to be rich or super rich to eat healthily and be active. Parents should be more involved in their children's lives and encourage them to be more active every day. Limit TV time and increase your time outside.

Make better food choices when feeding your kids. Educate parents about the importance of nutrition and health and why it is important to them.
