Different types of moisture have different but equally beneficial effects on human feet.
The most common types of foot soaks are Epsom salt and essential oil soaks. Epsom foot salt Epsom salt is a mixture of sulfate and magnesium.

Simply add a few tablespoons to your foot bath and soak your feet for 10-15 minutes. Essential oil intake If you like essential oils and home remedies, try this foot soak: Apply Cedarwood Oil: Cedarwood has anti-fungal and antiseptic properties that make it great for treating athlete's foot and other athlete's foot infections.
Epsom salts and essential oils can also be added to this foot soak. As with other treatments such as foot soaks, they are not a cure-all for every foot condition. Foot soaks are recommended for minor aches and pains.
